The purpose of the BMS is keep track of your battery's temperature & protect it against overcharging and over-discharging. It ensures your LiFePO4 battery pack performs optimally, remains safe, and has a longer lifespan by managing various parameters & shielding it against potential risks.
Using lithium-compatible chargers is crucial for charging lithium batteries due to their unique characteristics and charging requirements. Lithium batteries have a different charging profile, and non-compatible chargers can cause overcharging, overheating, and safety hazards.
Our best-selling 100Ah Lithium Battery has a service life of up to 6000 cycles or up to a decade.
Yes. This lithium battery can be charged through solar power with the help of a lithium-compatible regulator.
Our battery can operate in temperatures between 0°C to 60°C, but for long-term storage, -15°C to 60°C is ideal.
This will depend on the power requirement and run time of the appliance/s. Our 100Ah batteries like this can power a small fridge & lights, as well as a couple of power tools.
LiFePO4 batteries are known for their enhanced safety, longer cycle life, and stability, making them suitable for applications that prioritise safety and longevity such as electric vehicles, renewable energy storage, and critical power systems. On the other hand, lithium-ion batteries offer higher energy density and are often favoured in portable electronics and applications where compact size and high energy capacity are crucial.
Generally, lithium iron phosphate batteries do not explode or ignite. They are much safer to use than other lithium or lead acid batteries but still pose risks in some extreme cases. It's best to refer to the manufacturer's guide for the proper usage, charging, and storage of your battery to ensure maximum safety.
If you're storing your battery for an extended period, it's best to fully charge them to 100% and recharge every 3 months to maintain it in optimal condition.

Series connection of any battery is generally not recommended. This can cause “barrel effect” which results in the weakest cells dominating the battery, permanently damaging and reducing its lifespan. Anything more than this can also impact your battery’s overall health and performance.
Batteries may be damaged due to excessive cycling or overcharging.
