Our used power stations are almost new, as they have only been used no more than 20 times. Having been used did not reduce the power station’s battery quality. Greeness developed this technology with longevity in mind, hence the battery has 2000+ deep cycles (charge-discharge cycle) that last years. The power station also has a BMS (Battery Management System) that prevents it from overcharging and damaging the battery.
We also understand that you need peace of mind when using the power station. Therefore, every Greeness used power station comes with a 1-year warranty. You can come to us with any problems during this duration and we’ll help you fix them without charge.

No, it’s not recommended to store the portable power station in a car as extreme temperatures can damage the battery and cause fire.
It's best to leave the portable power station inside, or at least under some cover, as it is not waterproof. However, as long as you protect JASPER 1200 from water, you can leave it outside. In fact, it must be outside to charge on the solar panels, preferably in a sunny location.
Use the original charger or a manufacturer-recommended replacement for the portable power station. Using a non-compatible charger can cause damage to the battery and reduce its lifespan
